Notice. Learned proxy counsel for the learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State accepts notice. A nominal roll has been placed on record. As per the nominal roll only co-accused Sunil S/o Dal Chand is out on furlough that too till 19th December, 2018. Thus, the petitioner would be W.P.(CRL) 3645/2018
