% 31.03.2016 Appearance is made on behalf of Dinesh Kumar Gupta. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the tribunal in the impugned order dated 20th November, 2014 passed in OA No. 2224/2013 has only directed that service rendered by the respondent as temporary status employee will qualify for determination of pension and other retirement benefits. There is no direction with regard to counting of temporary status service for MACPS benefit.

We take the statement made by the counsel for the respondent on record.

The issue in question is covered by the two decisions of the Delhi High Court in Union of India versus Santosh Kumar, W.P. (C) No.

10700/2015 and other connected cases decided on 18th January, 2016 and W.P. (C) No. 7618/2014, Union of India and Others versus Prem Pal Singh, decided on 10th November, 2014. This being the position, we do not find any merit in the present writ petition and the same is dismissed. SANJIV KHANNA, J.
