Mr. Ajay Digpaul, learned CGSC accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Mr. Digpaul states that he does not oppose the prayer made in the application. The substantive prayer made in the application is as follows:

"a) Pass an order/direction permitting the Petitioners to make the deposits with the Registry of this Hon'ble Court in the form of FDRs in compliance with its order dated 22.03.2018, within a period of one day from the date of receipt of this Hon'ble Court's order in the present Application."

For the reasons given therein the prayer made is allowed. The application is disposed of accordingly.
