% 14.12.2017 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR No.1235/2014, under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC, Police Station Moti Nagar. As per the petition, it has been averred that the petitioner No.1 was married to the respondent No.2, however, the respondent No.2 is Mr. Baldev Raj and all submissions are to the same effect in the petition.

The FIR No. 1235/2014, under Sections 406/498A/34 IPC, Police Station Moti Nagar had been got registered by Mr.Baldev Raj arrayed on record as respondent No.2.

Ms.Ruby in relation to whom the alleged cruelties are stated to have been inflicted has not even been arrayed as a party. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file afresh.

In view thereof, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty granted, as prayed.
