% 17.01.2018 Petitioner is the estrange wife of respondent No. 10. Parties had been married in the year 2003. Her allegations in the petition have been perused. Parties are having matrimonial dispute. Proceedings under Domestic Violence Act have been preferred by the petitioners which are pending before the competent Court. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks police protection against her life and living as she is apprehensive of coercive steps qua her from respondent Nos. 10 to 18. Respondent No. 10 is her husband and respondent Nos. 11 to 18 are the relatives of respondent No. 10. On the last date, the learned additional standing counsel had been notified of the matter. He informs this Court that the beat constable and the
concerned SHO of the police station Tilak Nagar has been apprised of the matter and necessary protection shall be afforded to the petitioner. The mobile numbers of the beat constable and the concerned SHO will also be given to the petitioner who in case of urgency/emergency is at liberty to contact them and it is needless to state that they shall perform their duties and provide adequate police protection to the petitioner. The parties have two children, one girl aged 13 years and one boy aged 6 years. They are presently in the custody of the petitioner. Parties are living separately since October, 2017. Grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No. 10 is not paying the school fee. He is present in the court.
He is willing to pay the fee of their children which amount shall be deposited in the respective schools of the two children and all arrears shall be cleared by him. The clothes of the petitioner and the children shall also be returned forthwith. Investigating Officer SI Dhananjay is present, he will ensure that the compliance of this order is effective and for this purpose the clothes of the petitioner and her children be brought to the police station tomorrow at 3 pm. Parties shall appear before SI Dhananjay at PS Tilak Nagar at 3pm.
Compliance will be effected.
Petition disposed of in the above terms.
