% 13.11.2017 The counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and instead move the Tribunal with review application against order dated 03.03.2017 whereby the application for impleadment in the inquiry was declined and also against the final judgment dated 04.09.2017 on the claim petition of first respondent whereby no share in the compensation awarded has been apportioned and also seeking opportunity to lead proper evidence to prove the relationship of wife and husband between the petitioner and the deceased (victim). The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed, granted.
