Ltd. is coming up for hearing on Monday, i.e., 20.11.2017 with a proposal to settle the overdue amount/outstanding liability owed by them to the respondent.
Leave and liberty granted.
The petition along with the pending applications is dismissed as
withdrawn and disposed off accordingly.
However, it is directed that DRT shall dispose off the said SA No.119/2017 titled Mrs. Harpreet Kaur & Anr. vs. Fullertone India Credit Co. Ltd. on the next date of hearing after affording an opportunity of hearing to learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, in accordance with law.
It is made clear that no adjournments shall be granted by the learned DRT in this behalf.
