This is an application seeking correction of the order dated 18.12.2019. The correction sought is essentially in paragraph 8(ii) of the said order.

Mr. Tarun Singla, who appears for the respondent applicant, says that the respondent applicant should have liberty to move either the Delhi Administration or the concerned Ministry of the Central Government. 3.

Mr. Sanjeev Sagar, who appears for the petitioner/DDA, says that he has no objection to the correction sought for by the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, prayer made in the application is allowed. 5.

After the expression 'Delhi Administration', the following will be added:

"or the concerned Ministry of the Central Government." W.P.(C) 10007/2017 1/2

Furthermore, in the first line of paragraph 8 of the order dated 18.12.2019, the word 'with' shall stand deleted, as this expression crept in the order, albeit, inadvertently. After correction, paragraph 8 (ii) will read as under:

" (ii) The DDA, prior to acting on the recommendation made in the impugned order will place the matter before the concerned Department in the Delhi Administration or the concerned Ministry of the Central Government and if the recommendation is favourable, it will act on the recommendation of the Chief Commissioner."
