O R D E R

% 17.01.2018 In view of the record produced by learned counsel for the respondent no.1 in Court today, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the petition any further. He, however, submits that the respondent no.3 may be directed to adjust the registration fee deposited by the petitioner no.3 in the next semester. At this stage, Ms.Palak Rohmetra, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.3 fairly submits that she has instructions to state that the registration fee already deposited by the petitioner no.3 for Semester III, will be adjusted in the next session. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent no.3, nothing survives for adjudication.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of in the above terms.
