O R D E R

% 17.01.2018 Mr.Rupal, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.1 submits that in view of the order already passed on 7th November, 2017 whereby the punishment awarded to the petitioner was scaled down, the result of the all other papers of the petitioner except the paper in which he had taken the mobile phone, would be declared within ten days.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.3 assures the Court that immediately upon the result of the petitioner being declared, the petitioner can approach the respondent no.3 for registration who will take expeditious steps for registration of the petitioner irrespective of the last date for registration having elapsed. She further submits that

the fee already submitted by the petitioner for semester 3, would be adjusted in the next semester.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the respondent no.1 & 3, learned counsel for the petitioner does not wish to pursue the writ petition.

The writ petition and the pending application are disposed of as not pressed.

A copy of this order may be given Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
