O R D E R

By way of the present petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., petitioner seeks grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.27/2015 registered at PS-Barakhamba Road, New Delhi for the offences punishable under sections 420/468/471 IPC.

Ld. Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that after the registration of the FIR mentioned above petitioner and complainant, since they are brother and sister, have entered into a settlement, whereby the petitioner agreed to pay an amount of Rs.4,00,000/- to the complainant as full and final settlement. Out of the settlement amount an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- has already been paid and Rs.1,00,000/- has been paid today

in the Court. Petitioner has undertaken to pay the balance amount of Rs.1,00,000/- by 31.03.2016 at the time of quashing of FIR in question. 3.

Complainant is present in person along with her Counsel named above. Ld. Counsel on instructions does not dispute the submissions made by ld. Counsel for the petitioner and submits that on the aforesaid conditions, the complainant has no objection, if the present petition is allowed.

In view of the facts recorded above, Investigating Officer of the case is directed to release the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest on his furnishing a personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one surety of the like amount to his satisfaction.

Accordingly, the petition is allowed.
