O R D E R

% 06.03.2018 At request of learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and with the consent of the latter, who are present in person, the appeal is disposed off, by making absolute the arrangement specified in the order dated 07.12.2017. The only riders to the subject arrangement are that the mother of the minor daughter, namely, Ms Radhika Arora will be at liberty to talk to Riyana, the minor daughter of the parties over the telephone at all reasonable hours; as well as be entitled to visitation on all her birthdays, which fall on 13th October, between 04.00 PM and 7.00 PM. The remarks made by learned Family Court in the impugned order dated 06.10.2017 as are considered adverse to the character or attitude of the parties are expunged.

The appeal along with the pending applications is disposed off accordingly.
