% 30.11.2018 This case has been listed on a note from the learned District & Sessions Judge (East), Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, intimating that the Principal Magistrate of JJB-IV (East), Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi, seeks transfer of the case bearing FIR No. 75/18, registered under sections 363/366-A/465/471/120-B/34 IPC at Police Station Kalyan Puri, Delhi, to some other Juvenile Justice Board because, the said Principal Magistrate is a witness in the case chargesheet and is arrayed at Sr. No 15. In the circumstance, the case is transferred to JJB-V (East), Vishwas Nagar, Shahdara, Delhi. The learned District and Sessions Judge shall ensure that the case file is reached to the transferred JJB, before which the case shall come up on 20.12.2018.
