Accordingly, we grant leave.

List the appeal for hearing on 24th July, 2018. No adjournment shall be granted.

The respondent is present in Court. He is admitted to bail upon his furnishing personal bond with one surety in the sum of Rs.25,000/- to the satisfaction of the Joint Registrar (Judicial).

List the matter before the Joint Registrar (Judicial) for the aforesaid purpose on 30th May, 2018.
