Additional affidavit has been placed on record by the petitioner-Atul Bansal in Bail Application No.2987/2018 stating that he is the 50% share holder of the two land holding companies M/s.Seriatim Land and Housing Pvt. Ltd. and M/s.Dove Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. 2.

On a query put by this Court whether Mr.Atul Bansal in his personal is the 50% share holder of the two land holding companies or his company M/s.ABW Infrastructure Ltd. owns 50% shares, learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that M/s.ABW Infrastructure Ltd. is the 50% share holder of the two land holding companies i.e. M/s.Seriatim Land and Housing Pvt. Ltd. and M/s.Dove Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. 3.

Learned Standing Counsel for the State has handed over to this Court the orders dated 29th May, 2018 and 4th July, 2018 passed by the Company Court whereby an official liquidator has been appointed for the Company M/s.ABW Infrastructure Ltd. and all its assets, shares etc. now vest with the liquidator.

At request of learned counsel of the petitioner who seeks time to take instructions as to how much amount he can deposit with this Court, renotify on 26th February, 2019.
