By way of this application filed under Section 439 read with Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner is seeking regular bail in case FIR No.0240/2017 under Section 323/308/34 IPC registered at PS Inderpuri, Delhi. 2.

Report from the Jail Superintendent has been received as per which petitioner was lodged in jail on 7th April, 2017 in case FIR No.142/2017 PS Ranjit Nagar under Sections 308/34 IPC and thereafter on 25th April, 2017 he was released on bail. It is also mentioned in the report that on 25th October, 2017 petitioner was lodged in jail in case FIR No.240/17 PS Inder Puri under Sections 323/308/34 IPC and presently he is in jail only in that case.

As per the status report filed by the State, the role attributed to the petitioner during quarrel is that he gave a fist blow on the face of the son of the complainant.

Taking into consideration the role attributed to the petitioner and the fact that he is lodged in jail only in above noted case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/Link Court subject to the condition that he shall not contact the complainant or public witnesses in any manner whatsoever. 5.

The bail application is allowed.

As prayed, copy of the order be given dasti to learned counsel for the petitioner.
