Ms Anjana Gosain, learned counsel appearing for respondents who appears on advance notice has raised the preliminary objection. She states that the petitioner has an equally efficacious statutory remedy by filing an appeal under Rule 3B of the Aircraft Rules, 1937. 4.
In view of the above, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to file an appeal before the concerned authority without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the petitioner. 5.
