% 27.11.2017 The petitioner's wife Rakhi has been traced. She has been produced before the court. She states that she has left the company of the petitioner out of her will and accord and she does not wish to reside with him. She states that she is residing with Deepak and she would like to do so.

In view of the aforesaid, no further orders can be passed in the present petition. The same is accordingly disposed of. It shall be open to the petitioner as well as Rakhi to take appropriate remedies as available under law.
