% 10.02.2016 The disputes between the parties stand settled in mediation. The settlement agreement dated 08.02.2016 arrived at before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre duly signed by the parties and their respective counsel as well as the learned Mediator is found on record. The terms of the settlement appear to be fair, just and reasonable and there is no impediment in accepting the same.

Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the said settlement and the parties shall remain bound by the same.
