% 13.02.2018 The permanent address of the petitioner is found to be correct. The nominal roll of the petitioner reflects that the petitioner is a convict under Sections 395/120B of the IPC. The maximum sentence which had been awarded to him is RI for 7 years; all the sentences are to run concurrently. On 18.12.2017 the petitioner has undergone incarceration of about 6 years meaning thereby that as on date he has undergone incarceration of about 6 years and 3 months. His jail conduct is satisfactory. The reason for seeking parole is to file an SLP against the dismissal of his appeal by this Court on 01.6.2017. The prayer made in the petition is granted.
The petitioner be admitted released on parole for a period of four weeks to be counted from the date of his relase on his furnishing
a personal bond in the sum of ₹10,000/- with one surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendant concerned. The petitioner shall surrender in the Jail immediately on the expiry of the aforenoted parole period. He shall furnish his latest mobile number and other contract address to the local SHO. He shall also report to the local SHO on every Monday of each week.
Petition disposed of in the above terms.
A copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendant concerned for intimation to the petitioner.
