% 08.11.2017 Petitioner is bua (father's sister) of the complainant.

Complainant has alleged in the FIR that the petitioner along with her husband and son forcibly entered their house and attacked her and her parents. Role assigned to the petitioner is that she twisted the hand of complainant's mother.

Keeping in mind the totality of circumstances, it is ordered that in case of arrest, petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer/SHO concerned.
