Versus
STATE ..... Respondent Through:
Mr. Avi Singh, Additional Standing Counsel for State with Mr. Tanuj Bhadana, Advocate and Inspector Sushma Saxena, P. S.
Mehrauli.
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE NAJMI WAZIRI
O R D E R
% 27.02.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved on two counts: (i) that he has been put in a high-risk prison, where the relatively free interaction with other inmates as in the previous jail is not available and (ii) that he has not been assigned any work, thereby his days are spent idly.
Mr. Avi Singh, the learned Additional Standing Counsel for State, submits that looking at the petitioner's past conduct, for his own safety and for maintenance of discipline, the petitioner has been temporarily shifted to the high-risk prison.
However, because of the intervening passage of time, the matter will be reviewed. He shall, nevertheless, be assigned some work to earn livelihood.
The petition stands disposed-off in terms of the above. A copy of this order be given dasti to the learned counsel for the parties under signature of the Court Master.
