% 22.11.2017 The present application under Section 27 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioner seeking assistance of this Court in summoning the following witnesses before Arbitral Tribunal/Sole Arbitrator:- 1.

Concerned Official from Post Office SP N.S. Mandi Pin Code: 110033 to bring record and prove Postal Receipts No. ED793684255IN dated 06.05.2013, ED848117265IN dated 25.05.2013 and ED387826104IN dated 24.06.2014 regarding receipt of letters dated 06.05.2013, 23.05.2013 and 19.06.2014 by the Complainant.

Concerned official from NIC, 3rd Floor, Shastri Park, Delhi to prove the listing of wrong result on 20.06.2013. On the last date of hearing, it was pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to delay in filing of the application the proceedings

before the Arbitral Tribunal now stands adjourned to 15th December, 2017. The learned counsel for the respondent enters appearance. He has no objection to grant of the prayer made in the application. In view of the submissions made, summons be issued to the witnesses mentioned above for their appearance before the Sole Arbitrator, Mr. Siddharth Khattar, Advocate on 15.12.2017 at 4:00 p.m. at K-12, Kailash Colony, New Delhi-110048.

The summons will be served dasti by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The diet money of the witnesses will be paid by the petitioner on their appearance before the arbitrator.

The application is disposed of in the above terms. Dasti.
