The counsel for the petitioner, an existing tehbazari holder from the respondent New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC), has filed this petition seeking mandamus to the respondent NDMC to allow him to squat in natural market at Palika Bazaar or Janapath Lane or at Khan Market in terms of judgment and order passed in LPA No.141/2015. 2.

The petition was entertained and the counsel for the petitioner and the counsel for the respondent NDMC state that the respondent NDMC in the counter affidavit has so allowed the petitioner. 3.

In this view of the matter, no orders are necessary in this petition since the respondent NDMC appears to have conceded to the claim in the petition.

The petition is disposed of.

No costs.
