% 08.11.2017 It is submitted that respondent no. 2 and petitioner have now settled their disputes amicably vide settlement deed dated 10.06.2016, therefore, FIR No.415/2014 under Section 406/418/420/500/501 IPC, registered at police station Greater Kailash, on the complaint of respondent no.2 Sunil Kumar Sharma, Director of M/s M.S. Interiors Contracts Pvt. Ltd may be quashed .
Respondent no.2 Sunil Kumar Sharma, Director of M/s M.S. Interiors Contracts Pvt. Ltd. is present in court. He admits that matter has been settled with the petitioner voluntarily and without any undue force,
pressure or coercion. He says that entire settled amount has been received by the complainant company pursuant to the settlement. He submits that FIR may be quashed.
Keeping in mind that dispute arose between the petitioner and respondent no.2 in respect of commercial transactions and now that they have settled the matter amicably, inasmuch as, settled amount stands paid, in the interest of justice FIR No.
415/2014 under Sections 406/418/420/500/501 IPC registered at Police Station Greater Kailash, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
