Learned counsel for the State points out that this petition in fact had become infructuous and this had also been noted in the earlier order dated 23.01.2018. Learned counsel for the State informs this Court that against the order of summoning of the accused person, a revision petition has been filed which is pending before the concerned Court and the copy of the aforenoted order dated 07.09.2017 passed in Crl. Rev No. 1405/2017 has been placed on record. The trial Court shall consider and answer all the prayers made by the petitioner on the petitioner's moving an appropriate application before the concerned Court. Petition disposed of in the above terms.
