The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking review of the order dated 10.11.2017 passed by this Court essentially on two grounds. First, that the order is of little assistance to the petitioner since the petitioner is not entitled for reservation as belonging to OBC category, for the purposes of employment as a teacher with the Govt. of NCT of Delhi. And second, that according to the petitioner, she is entitled for an OBC certificate from Delhi in terms of the Ministry of Welfare's letter dated 08.04.1994. 4.

In my view, the said review petition is unmerited for two reasons. First, the order dated 10.11.2017 is a consent order and, therefore, not

amenable to review. And second, that the notification dated 08.04.1994 is of little assistance to the petitioner as it does not entitle the petitioner to obtain an OBC certificate from Delhi certifying that the petitioner has an OBC status in Delhi.

The subject matter of the petition does not include a challenge to the reservation policy of the Govt. of NCT of Delhi and thus any grievance in this regard does not afford the petitioner any ground to seek review of the order dated 10.1.2017.

In view of the above, this Court finds no ground to review the order dated 10.11.2017. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed. VIBHU BAKHRU, J JANUARY 12, 2018 MK
