% 18.01.2016 The matter was listed before this Court on the direction of the Registrar (Original). Admittedly, the rent up to January, 2016 has been paid although the rent as per non-applicant/respondent has been paid late by 25-30 days.

The petitioner is directed to adhere to the strict conditions contained in the order dated 30.10.2015 vide which the petition has been disposed on the respective undertaking furnished by the respective parties. The saving bank account number of the respondent shall be furnished to the non-applicant/petitioner who will then ensure that the money is transferred through RTGS Mode to the account of the respondent leaving no scope for delay in payment of user charges in terms of the directions contained in order dated 30.10.2015. No further orders are called for.
