In the facts and circumstances of this case, this petition is disposed of with, direction to respondent No.1 to deal with petitioner's Legal Notice (Annexure P-5) while treating it to be a Representation, if not already done, within a period of twelve weeks from today and the fate of Legal Notice/Representation (Annexure P-5) be made known to petitioner within two weeks thereafter, so that petitioner may avail of the remedies, W.P.(C) 10996/2017

as available in law, if need be. Needless to say, if the relief sought by petitioner in the Legal Notice/Representation (Annexure P-5) is not granted, then reasons for not doing so, be spelt out by first respondent. With aforesaid directions, this petition and the application are disposed of.
