% 30.11.2018 The grievance of the petitioner in this case is only that the web portal of the respondent is not permitting the uploading the names of the petitioners by the respondent.

Mr. Sanjay Sharawat, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner points out that the petitioners were admitted before the prescribed date i.e. 5th October, 2018.

In the circumstances, learned counsel for the respondent undertakes to set the situation right and ensure that the names of all the students of the petitioner/institute are uploaded on the web portal of the respondent within two weeks from today. Accordingly, the prayer in the writ petition stands satisfied, the writ petition is disposed of.
