% 16.04.2019 Quashing of impugned order of 15th September, 2017 is sought in this petition. Vide aforesaid order, pre-arrest bail has been granted to respondent No. 2-accused in a case under Sections 328/376 of IPC. Even on the second call, none appears on behalf of petitioner. Learned counsel for second respondent has handed over copy of trial court's order of 20th March, 2019 which indicates that petitioner is not appearing before the trial court for giving evidence and non-bailable warrants have been issued against petitioner.
