% 05.09.2017 CM APPL.32371/2017 (for release of amount) The appeal (MAC APP.744/2015) of the insurance company was dismissed as withdrawn by order dated 26.04.2016. When the said appeal was entertained by order dated 29.09.2015, the insurance company had been directed to deposit the awarded amount with the Registrar General of this Court as a pre-condition to the stay against enforcement of the award. The said deposited amount shall now be released to the claimants in terms of the impugned award.

The application is disposed of with these observations. R.K.GAUBA, J.
