The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking that an appropriate direction be given to the respondent for providing appropriate finance to the petitioner's project.

The petitioner's request for such finance was rejected by the Government of India, Ministry of Science and Technology by a letter dated 24.05.1993. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner had filed a writ petition (being W.P.(C) 3617/2001) claiming similar relief. The said petition was dismissed. The petitioner also carried the matter in the appeal before the Division Bench, which was also dismissed.

The petitioner cannot re-agitate the same issue repeatedly. The petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
