This petition under proviso to Section 25B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act was filed in the year 2015 and on 31.10.2017 the predecessor bench was informed that possession of the subject premises stood restored to the respondent/landlord.

Learned counsel for petitioner/tenant alleges fraud as well as infirmities in the execution proceedings, for which he has moved a separate application before the execution court.
