% 04.05.2018 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition is pressed only for a direction to respondent-Corporation to decide petitioner's representation of 19th May, 2016 (Annexure P-18 colly).

Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that for the relief claimed in this petition, Central Administrative Tribunal has the jurisdiction. Since petitioner's representation essentially relates to a direction to the release of salary for the period as indicated in the writ petition, therefore, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this petition and applications with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, New Delhi for the relief claimed herein.

With aforesaid liberty, this writ petition and the applications are disposed of.
