As per the application, the parties have settled the matter. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has handed over two bankers' cheque to the learned counsel for the petitioner i.e. Cheque No.31320 drawn on Vijaya Bank dated 16.12.2017 for Rs.30,847/- and Cheque No.31321 drawn on Vijaya Bank dated 16.12.2017 for Rs. 26,735/-. In view of the above, the application is allowed. CO.PET. 767/2015 The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Interim orders stand vacated.
