% 04.11.2019 By way of the present application, the Petitioner seeks bail in the event of arrest in FIR No.23/2016 PS- Kirti Naga u/s 376/ 493/ 495/ 496/ 417/406/323/506/ 120B/34 IPC.

It is not in dispute that the petitioner is on interim protection since 12.12.2018 and thereafter he came to India, joined investigation and charge sheet has been filed.

Since the trial will take its own time to conclude, therefore, I hereby direct the Petitioner be released on bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

In view of the above directions, look-out circular and NBWs issued by the Trial Court against the petitioner, are hereby set aside.
