The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.832/2014 under Section 420/467/468/471/120-B/34 IPC registered at Police Station Bawana. Status report is on record. 2.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the complainant's counsel and have examined the file. 3.

By an order dated 16.02.2016, the petitioner was granted interim bail.

Subsequently, the matter was referred to Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre to explore the possibility of BAIL APPLN. 2056/2015

amicable settlement. Mediation Report has been received whereby the matter has been settled between the parties.

In view of the settlement, learned counsel for the complainant has no objection to the grant of bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on her furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/-with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.

The bail application stands disposed of.
