The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.927/2015 registered under Sections 354/323/506/34 IPC at PS Bhajan Pura. Status report filed. It is taken on record. 2.

By an order dated 28.09.2015, the petitioners were granted interim protection and were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Indisputably, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then. Crosscase vide FIR No.928/2015 under Sections 354/325/506/34 IPC has been registered on the complaint of Dharmender Bhullar. 3.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required. 4.

The bail application stands disposed of.
