CM APPL.17192/2020 (Condonation of Delay) The present application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, instituted on behalf of the applicant/respondent No.1, prays as follows:- "(a) condone the delay of 6 days in filing the review petition.
(b) pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case."

Mr. Shanker Raju, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the nonapplicant/petitioner and fairly does not oppose this application. In view of the foregoing and for the reasons stated in the application, which are duly supported by an affidavit, the same is allowed. The delay of 6 days in filing the accompanying review petition is condoned. The application is disposed of accordingly.
REVIEW PET.116/2020 in W.P.(C) 9966/2017 The present review petition under Order XVII Rule 1 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, instituted on behalf of the review petitioner/respondent No.1, prays as follows:- "(a) review the order dated 21.01.2020 passed by this Hon'ble Court and may kindly uphold the order dated 07.02.2017 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi in OA No. 1768 of 2015;
(b) pass any other or further order(s) as this Hon'ble Tribunal may deem fit and proper on the facts and in the circumstances of the case."
At request of Mr. Kailash Vasdev, learned Senior Advocate appearing on behalf of the review petitioner/respondent No.1, in order to enable the latter to place on record all relevant documents and clarificatory facts on affidavit, that would be relevant for the adjudication of the present review petition, instituted by them, the hearing of the same is adjourned.
