% 05.12.2017 Mr Sunil Kumar, the appellant, who appears in person, seeks leave to withdraw this appeal, in terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties.

The appeal is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed off accordingly. It is, however, observed, as submitted by learned counsel for the respondent, that Mr Sunil Kumar has obtained a modification of the settlement arrived at between the parties to the effect that he has purchased a tenement for Ms Meenaxi Mehra, respondent herein, in lieu of providing her a rent free accommodation.
