This petition has been filed seeking cancellation of bail granted to respondent No. 2 in FIR No. 685/2014 under Sections 392/452/341/323/34 IPC, P.S. New Ashok Nagar by order dated 12.07.2017. 2.

In the said order, it was noted that the petitioner/complainant was father-in-law of respondent No.2/Seema and there were number of litigations between the parties. civil proceedings between the parties. Accordingly, the application for cancellation of bail was rejected on 12.07.2017, which was granted on 17.07.2014.

The matter is fixed for prosecution evidence. 4.

Even as per the facts and circumstances stated in the said FIR, there would be no purpose served for cancellation of bail at this stage. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.

It is made clear that proceedings in this FIR will continue unabated not influenced by the pendency of the matter before the Court. 7.
