By way of these revision petitions, the petitioner/landlord assailed the orders of the Additional Rent Controller whereby leave to defend applications were allowed. However, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission to withdraw these revision petitions on the ground that parties have settled the dispute whereby the possession of the subject premises have been restored to the petitioner.
