% 29.04.2016 The present revision petition came up for hearing on 16th October, 2015 when notice was ordered to be issued to the respondent on the petitioner taking steps by all permissible modes. On that date, the petitioner volunteered to deposit Rs.50,000/- without prejudice and subject to future adjustment and in view of the same, the operation of the impugned order was stayed.

Perusal of the file shows that the amount was not deposited. None has appeared on behalf of the petitioner today. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the present petition. Consequently, the present petition and application are dismissed for non-prosecution.
