% 15.01.2018 Learned counsel for the respondent submits on instructions that the petitioner's application for conversion of the subject property to free-hold is pending consideration.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 25th September, 2017, the respondent was directed to expedite the consideration and decision in respect of the petitioner's application for conversion and endeavour to decide within eight weeks which period expired on 25th November, 2017.

List on 27th February, 2018.

The competent officer of the respondent shall remain present in Court along with the relevant record.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsel for the parties under the signature of the Court Master.
