% 06.02.2018 Mr. Bhardwaj states that the order of this Court dated October 30, 2015 has been complied with as an order dated December 05, 2017 has been passed, which is also a subject matter of OA filed by the petitioners before the Tribunal. Mr. Srivastava by fairly stating that he will pursue the OA wishes to withdraw the contempt petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn.
