The petitioners seek anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.1224/2015 registered under Section 376 IPC at PS Uttam Nagar. Status report is on record. Sections 377/354/34 IPC have been added.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties including the counsel for the complainant and have examined the file. By an order dated 01.10.2015, the petitioners were granted interim protection and they were directed to join the investigation as and when required. Undisputably, the petitioners have joined the investigation since then. The petitioners are closely related to the complainant. There are family disputes pending between the parties. Petitioner No.1 - Heera BAIL APPLN. 2094/2015
is the complainant's husband with whom she married in 2004. Allegedly, her brother-in-law and father-in-law started forcibly sexually assaulting her soon thereafter. However, no FIR was lodged. Allegedly, she informed her husband about the sexual assault in 2011. Again, no FIR was lodged that time. Complaint is pending before CAW Cell.
3.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners are granted anticipatory bail and in the event of arrest, they be released on furnishing personal bond in the sum of `50,000/- with one surety each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the SHO/Investigating officer. They shall, however, join the investigation as and when required.
