Having regard to the fact that the issue involved in the appeal relates to establishment of a new medical college for the Academic Year 2015-16 and that the said Academic Year expired long back, we do not think it necessary to keep this appeal pending any longer. 3.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as infructuous. However, this shall not preclude the appellant to make a fresh application for the Academic LPA No.687/2015

Year 2016-17 in which event the same will be processed and considered in accordance with law.
