O R D E R

% 09.03.2019 The parties have mutually agreed that the claimant respondents in all shall be entitled to Rs.11,33,336 along with interest @ 9% per annum w.e.f. 15.02.2012 and the balance amount lying deposited with the Tribunal shall go to appellant insurance company. Settled amount be released in favour of respondents-claimants inconsonance with the terms of the award. Balance remaining amount be released to the petitioner-insurance company. The impugned award shall stand modified to that effect. Consequentially, the appeal shall stand disposed of.

The statutory amount of Rs. 25,000 along with interest, if any, shall also be refunded to the insurance company.
