After arguments, the appeal is disposed of as not pressed but as prayed appellants are granted time to vacate the suit property till 31.12.2018. Appellants however will continue to clear all charges towards electricity, water etc as payable for the suit property till the time the appellants vacate the suit property.

Let both the appellants file affidavits of undertaking within two weeks in terms of the present order and on the appellants filing the affidavits of undertaking and complying with the terms of the same, appellants will get time to vacate the suit property till 31.12.2018. 2.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
